Astaunga Yoga – The 8 limbed Yoga – a complete practice of Yoga

Yoga is composed of 8 parts which include points to develop the human being in physical, psychic, psycho-spiritual and spiritual aspects. Without any of these eight parts, one cannot say that he/she is really practicing Yoga. The presentation is about the eight parts and what one can do to include them in one's daily yoga practice.
