Just a few minutes a day can give you a lifetime of benefits. These classes are for beginners as well as those who already do yoga and are looking for a gentle practice.
Each session is comprised of stretching, yoga postures with breath control, self-massage and deep relaxation.
Wear comfortable clothes. Do not eat before classes. The exercises should be practiced on an empty stomach, 3-4 hours after a meal. You may bring a mat or use the ones available at the center.
Ananda Marga (Path of Bliss) has its own method. The exercises are done synchronized with the breathing in a soft way. Yogic exercises are intended to increase one’s energy and are usually not strenuous.
